Can't connect or calibrate? Using Windows 10? Check your Windows camera settings!

If you're using Windows 10 and are having trouble connecting or calibrating you'll want to check your camera settings on Windows. 

First, open the Settings app by pressing the Windows + I shortcut key, or clicking the Settings icon from the Start Menu in Windows 10.

From the Settings window, click Privacy.

Choose Camera in the left panel. You’ll see an option that says “Let apps use my camera“. Slide the toggle to On to ensure your Matter and Form scanner is able to connect to the camera.
